What we do

Four service lines, one point of accountability

Most ICT suppliers in Zambia either sell equipment or sell services. We do both, deliberately — so when something goes wrong there is no argument between vendors about whose problem it is.

01

ICT Supply & Office Equipment

Sourcing, supply and delivery of ICT hardware, office equipment and consumables — backed by our ZICTA dealer’s licence and established supplier channels in Zambia and the region.

02

Infrastructure, Networks & Security

Design, installation and commissioning of the physical and network infrastructure that keeps an organisation connected and secure — in offices, depots and on industrial sites.

03

Software, Systems & Digital

Getting the right systems in place and making them work with the way your organisation actually operates.

04

Consultancy & Advisory

Independent advice for organisations that need to make a technology or operational decision well — whether or not we supply the outcome.

Why Evobyte

We have sat on your side of the table

Our directors have worked inside large industrial and commercial operations in Zambia. We specify equipment for how it will actually be used — in a depot, a mill office, a field site — not for a datasheet.

That perspective also shapes how we quote. A quotation from us is a commitment: we confirm lead times before we promise them, and we tell you early when something changes.

More about us

Built for procurement

PACRA, ZRA, NAPSA, ZPPA and ZICTA documentation is kept current as a matter of routine, not scrambled together when a tender closes. We can respond inside the window because the compliance pack is already in order.

How we deliver

From enquiry to after-sales

Every engagement, from a single order to a multi-site installation, follows the same six steps. It is what lets us give you a straight answer on cost and lead time.

01

Enquiry and requirement

We listen to the requirement and, where useful, visit the site. We ask what the equipment is for, not only what it is.

02

Specification

A clear technical specification. For public bodies we write it procurement-compliant and vendor-neutral.

03

Quotation

Itemised pricing, applicable taxes, lead times and validity in writing. No charges added at delivery.

04

Sourcing and supply

We order through authorised channels, confirm dates in writing, and tell you early if anything moves.

05

Delivery and commissioning

Delivery against a signed note, installation and configuration on site, handover testing with you present.

06

Support and after-sales

Warranty administration, consumables replenishment, maintenance, and a support line that reaches someone who knows your site.
